I could STOP using WATER ALL TOGETHER, AND STILL PAY $139.24! THIS IS AN OBVIOUS REVENUE GRAB! They told us the PRICE OF WATER WAS GOING UP, NOT THE COST OF THE SEWER CHARGES, THAT WE CANNOT REDUCE NO MATTER WHAT! "Thanks" Millbrae!
