		<description>Passive solar is working really in our home.  Both our bedroom and family room are south facing.  I tnihk we have gone a month or 2 after fall without needing to run our heat during the day.  When it&#039;s 30-4- degrees outside, on sunny days our inside temp gets up to 70.</description>

		<description>Great series of articles.  Don&#039;t forget solar powered radios!  We have three FreePlay radios that we keep in various south-facing windows in the house - two downstairs, one upstairs. They work great!  Very very rarely we need to plug one in if we have a stretch of bad weather.</description>
