		<description>Why wait for 100% efficiency to utilize the suns energy. If we all had solar PV panels, solar geysers and/or solar-powered thermoelectric generators operating at low efficiency, we would still be saving significant portions of our electricity bills, not to mention reducing the CO2 emissions.</description>
