		<description>This is very disappointing to hear.  Solar energy should be being embraced and used more and more.  It is very sad to hear that it could be warehoused and wasted.  It would be great if governments and local councils around the world (especially in sunny climates) started to encourage the use of solar energy more.  The need to switch to renewable energy is obvious and these are a great alternative.</description>
