		<description>There is a good chance that oil will trade in the 30 dollar range this spring. that could be the leading cause of driving solar panel cost down. If we get below 58.32 a barrel, it is almost a slam dunk we trade in the 30&#039;s. That may be the last time we see it that low though. Solar panels? Buy, Buy, Buy!</description>
