		<description>The IRS has nothing to do with the audit of the stimulus funds that Florida allocated to the rebate program. It is the DOE who has authorization here. I know that one arm of the government can look like another one, but with regards to the solar rebate program and money, it is the DOE who called the shots this year.</description>
