Light Energy Systems has been in business for nearly 3 decades. One of only a handful of solar companies in 1998, it is now one of 500. "Everybody's trying to do it," company owner Karen Campbell says, "but that doesn't mean that everybody can."

Campbell explains that Light Energy Systems was founded with the desire to bring solar to everybody. Light Energy shows homeowners the economical payback of going solar, helping them to invest in their futures with efficient systems that are aesthetically pleasing, too.

Light Energy Systems stands out, not just for offering quality and experience, but for being a one stop shop in solar. The company provides solutions for solar electricity, solar pool heating, domestic hot water, and radiant heating. Each installation is custom built to cover homeowner needs and appropriately fit individual homes. "We are a sustainable and creative company, using responsible, sustainable approaches for our planet and offering appropriate renewable energy solutions of the best quality," Campbell says.

Campbell's favorite aspect of the business is helping people enjoy clean energy. "It makes them green. It makes people feel good when they're doing what they need to do so that everybody can benefit."
